8.- To make a purchase
8.2.- The User may register on the COMA COFFEE ROASTERS website, in the “Create account” section. You must enter your personal data mandatory, to obtain the User’s registration, and to be able to purchase the products.
8.3.- The purchase of the product is made by entering the personal account created, using the username and password obtained after registering. It will be necessary to indicate one or more products, and selecting the option “add”, and in this way the products will be added to the virtual purchase. It is advisable to review the selected items, before selecting the option “Process the purchase”. Next, the User must fill in the shipping data, and the data corresponding to the payment method.
8.4.- All orders are subject to acceptance by COMA COFFEE ROASTERS , which within 24 hours after placing the order, will send an email, confirming the formalization of the contract and its characteristics, provided that the client has provided such data in the personal data form. COMA COFFEE ROASTERS is not responsible for errors in the data provided by the Client or the User.
8.5.- The accepted forms of payment will be those detailed in section 10 of these general conditions.
9.- Cancellation of the order, availability and price
9.1.- An order may be canceled at no cost, as long as the order continues at the COMA COFFEE ROASTERS facilities. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded.
9.2.- Orders are subject to the availability of the product by the Suppliers of COMA COFFEE ROASTERS . In case of unavailability of the product, or of damaged product, COMA COFFEE ROASTERS will propose an alternative product, or the order may be canceled.
9.3.- The prices of the products include the applicable taxes in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of contracting. The acceptance of the price will be formalized when the Client clicks the “Pay now” button. COMA COFFEE ROASTERS reserves the right to charge for the order from the order confirmation.
9.4.- Shipping costs have a cost of 3.50 € and will be borne by the customer when the order amount does not exceed 60 €.
9.5.- All orders equal to or greater than € 35 will have free home delivery.

In any case, if the POS denies payment with the card, the order will be canceled automatically, informing the customer of the cancellation online.
11.- Delivery of products and guarantees
11.2.- The Client agrees to be at the indicated address to receive the package at the agreed time. If the recipient is not located, the order will be returned to COMA COFFEE ROASTERS , and the Customer must pay the return costs, as well as a second possible shipment.
11.3.- The risk of the product is transferred at the moment in which the Client acquires the material possession of the product, and the Client will acquire the property of the product when COMA COFFEE ROASTERS has received the payment complete order placed.
11.4.- COMA COFFEE ROASTERS grants the guarantees of the products served. The lack of conformity with the product will not be accepted, when it has been misused or is an ordinary wear caused by its use.

The product must be sealed, if applicable, and with the original packaging and the return of the price paid will be made through the same form of payment with which the purchase was paid.
COMA COFFEE ROASTERS reserves the right to reject the change, if it considers that the damaged product or products are due to misuse by the Customer.
Once COMA COFFEE ROASTERS has agreed to exchange the product, it will notify the Customer and it will be delivered again to the address provided.
