8. To make a purchase

9. Order cancellation, availability and price

9.2 - Orders are subject to product availability from COMA COFFEE ROASTERS' suppliers. In the event of product unavailability or damage, COMA COFFEE ROASTERS will offer an alternative product or may cancel the order.

9.3. Product prices include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation at the time of purchase. Price acceptance is formalized when the Customer clicks the "Pay Now" button. COMA COFFEE ROASTERS reserves the right to charge for the order upon confirmation.

9.4.- Shipping costs amount to €3,50 and will be borne by the customer when the order amount does not exceed €60.

9.5.- All orders equal to or greater than €35 will have free home delivery.

10.- Methods of payment
Payments on this website will be made through a virtual POS terminal and only Visa and Mastercard cards will be accepted.
In any case, if the POS terminal declines the card payment, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be informed of the cancellation online.

11.- Product delivery and warranties

12.- Return of defective products

Once COMA COFFEE ROASTERS has accepted the product exchange, they will notify the Customer and deliver it again to the address provided.

13.- Withdrawal from the contract
