Quindío. This specialty coffee undergoes innovative processes that enhance its unique attributes and contribute surprising notes. The specific details of this component are part of our secret, but we guarantee that it enriches the blend with exceptional nuances.

Our blend includes Caturra coffee from Colombia. This crop comes from the Quindío region, specifically from Jairo Arcila's Santa Mónica farm, located at altitudes between 1.450 and 1.500 meters. The soil, rich in volcanic ash, along with an average temperature of 23°C and annual rainfall of 1.800–2.000 mm, creates ideal conditions for developing a balanced flavor profile with floral and caramel notes.
We work exclusively with Jairo Arcila because we visit his farm and witness every phase of the process, from cultivation to shipping, guaranteeing maximum transparency and quality. This coffee achieves scores between 85 and 86 points, reflecting its distinctive character and excellence.
