Where do our blends originate?
Each blend is a unique creation that combines coffees from different origins to offer a cup with unparalleled flavors and aromas, impossible to achieve with a single coffee.
We strive for balance and complexity in every blend. We use Caturra coffee as a base, to which we add a different exotic coffee in each blend.
caturra
This Caturra coffee comes from Finca Santa Mónica, in Armenia (Quindío), at 1450-1500 meters above sea level, with volcanic soil and temperatures of 18-28 °C. After 30 hours of underwater fermentation, it is washed and carefully dried. Each bean is hand-selected, following strict maturity criteria, to guarantee a high-quality coffee and a unique sensory profile.

Un blend It's a blend of coffees from different origins, created to produce a cup with flavors and aromas that can't be achieved with a single coffee. We strive for balance and complexity in every blend.
Our base is coffee from Popayánto which we add a coffee exotic different in each blend.
Popayán
Originally from the department of Cauca In Colombia, at 1.700 meters above sea level, Popayán coffee is grown on a plateau protected by the mountain range of the AndesThis environment offers ideal climatic conditions, resulting in a coffee with floral and caramel notes.
We work with around 65 local producers, establishing long-term relationships and offering premiums of up to 20% above the market price depending on quality.
Exotic Infusion
This special coffee comes from the farm Santa Monica, cultivated by Jairo ArcilaIt undergoes a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with pulp, adding peaches y wine yeast to the process. The result is a unique, variety coffee Castillo, resilient and productive, developed by the National Federation of Coffee Growers.
